- Complete the required Conflict of Interest (COI) questions to disclose any family members, close friends and/or acquaintances.
Per KS policy, any of the following would be considered a COI:
• Immediate family members such as children and/or grandchildren
• Individual(s) living within the same household
• Individuals in which you are a regular part of their lives (e.g. exchange birthday and/or Christmas gifts regularly/traditionally)
