Kamehameha Schools Children’s Chorus: Cookbook 1997-1998 (KSCC Fan)

5 lbs. sweet potato (cooked)
2 c. canned or fresh coconut milk
Sugar to taste

Put cooked sweet potatoes in a large bowl and mash well or process in a food processor.

Add coconut milk and sugar.  Mix. 

Chill and serve.
