Please be advised that any changes must be made by contacting your booth chair.

PLEASE BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR AN EMAIL FROM YOUR BOOTH CHAIR FOR LOCATION ASSIGNMENT.

​Dress Code:
  • No tank tops allowed. Sleeves are required. 
  • Covered shoes are required in all areas. 
  • Bring sunscreen and a hat.
  • Bring a water bottle/flask.
Parking:
  • 5:30 A.M. SHIFT:
    Please park at KES. Shuttles for the first shift will start at 5:30 a.m.from KES Blacktop.
  • Allow yourself ample time to park on campus and catch the shuttle buses down to Bishop Museum.
