Many years ago, our cherished Hawaiian ancestral knowledge suffered its near demise due to colonialism. Over the years, we as a people have been instrumental with restoring life, health and salvation to this knowledge through the ways that we carefully breathe, chant, sing, teach, discuss, present and LIVE. It has been a constant struggle for our people and one that our beloved Princess Pauahi and Kamehameha Schools has played an important role in. This year, the Class of 2018 would like to celebrate this effort of continued rejuvenation of our culture.
E Ola Mau Ka Na‘auao!
