Kamehameha Schools’ (KS) Financial Aid and Scholarship Services (FASS) collaborates with other Hawai’i private institutions to provide keiki an educational opportunity outside of the KS school system. If you are interested in participating as a School Collaborator, please review program information below.
PKS School Collaborators
KS’ PKS preschool scholarship program provides need-based scholarships for keiki to attend non-KS preschools in the State of Hawai’i. Preschool keiki three years of age and older attending or enrolling in participating PKS preschools may apply for PKS scholarships. Award priority is given to keiki closest to kindergarten entry and keiki applying to renew their scholarship. Previously awarded keiki must reapply for funds each year. Keiki are eligible for up to 3 years of funds to attend a participating preschool.
Kipona Scholarship School Collaborators
The Kipona Scholarship provides need-based financial assistance to children attending participating private schools in Hawai’i (other than Kamehameha Schools). Students entering kindergarten and grades 4, 6, 7 and 9 may apply. Eligibility to apply for the Kipona Scholarship for grades 4-9 aligns with grade/region campus eligibility. Students entering kindergarten on the islands of Kauai, Oahu, Maui and Hawaii may apply.
