Kamehameha Schools and Arizona State University have partnered together to provide scholarship opportunities to Native Hawaiian students attending Arizona State University. Students majoring in Sustainability will be given priority.

To be considered, eligible students must apply for admissions to Arizona State University and submit a CSS Profile application to Kamehameha Schools.

Majoring in Sustainability

Arizona State University’s School of Sustainability is the first comprehensive degree-granting program of its kind in the United States, with a focus on finding real-world solutions to environmental, economic, and social challenges. Scholarship Eligibility

Nā Hoʻokama a Pauahi

The Nā Hoʻokama a Pauahi Scholarship is available to students pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree at an accredited post-high institution in the United States as recognized by Kamehameha Schools. To be considered for this scholarship, students must:

  1. Be a Hawaiʻi resident
  2. Be a Full-time student
  3. Enroll in a classified degree-seeking program
  4. Have financial need
  5. Meet maximum funding guidelines

In addition to Nā Hoʻokama a Pauahi scholarship eligibility, Mauō requires students to enroll at Arizona State University (ASU). Students majoring in Sustainability at the ASU School of Sustainability will be given priority.

Sustainability Champions

The Sustainability Champions scholarship offered by Arizona State University is available to freshmen majoring in Sustainability.
