Transcript of term grades is a required document for scholarship recipients. A transcript should be submitted no later than 30 days after the term has ended. Your Transcript must include the following attributes to be considered acceptable:
- Student’s full name
- Current academic term (e.g. Fall, Spring)
- Course credits completed with respective grades
Important! Transcripts must be official for the ʻImi Naʻauao scholarship program, submitted in an unopened, sealed envelope directly from your school.
